I love blueberries, especially when they are in season during late spring and summer in the Midwest. As a matter of fact, there is rarely a time in my household where there isn't blueberries in my house. When fresh blueberries are hard to come by, I am perfectly content with having frozen blueberries just a few steps away in my freezer.
Although, I like to have a high protein, low carbohydrate breakfast at 6:30 A.M. every morning with eggs cooked in butter made from grain fed cows and Virgin Coconut Oil, I still have to complement it with fiber. Usually my fiber comes in the form of Psyllium Whole Husks or the very healthy Flax Seed Meal. Eating like this helps to maintain a slow-carb burn and keeps me full until noon and reduces the urge to snack. Yet, I still like the taste of cereal with blueberries on top and covered in Carrageenan Free Almond Milk.
